The options course and real estate course are free!

After you have taken those and you want to dive deeper this is what this is for. This is a master’s class for options and real estate. I will review the material and you can ask questions. Then we will talk about different options and strategies. On the real estate side, will break down a deal together. Then ill go over step by step how to acquire a property and everything you need to do including how to invest in out-of-state real estate deals. This class is up to 8 hours plus depending on the questions asked. I will be personally teaching you. This will be a class with a small group of individuals on zoom. Upon paying for the class I will reach out to you and set up a date.
